𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Engineer/ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

Lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost-effective procurement in a manufacturing environment. Ensure supplier reliability, optimize budgets, and drive efficiency.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Master’s in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing or Engineering background preferred.

8-12 years in procurement, logistics & supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, analytical & leadership skills.

Proficiency in procurement software (Epicor, Excel, etc.).

𝟮. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹)

Oversee and optimize sheet metal production, achieve PQCDSM targets, manage material planning, and maintain a 5S-compliant shop floor. Ensure quality, reduce waste, and lead audits.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

B.E. Mechanical/Manufacturing with 8-10 years in sheet metal production.

Hands-on experience in machining, welding, laser cutting, and fabrication.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/EPICOR).

Strong leadership, training, and interpersonal skills.
