Triple One Consultant is hiring an Operations Manager for a reputed client in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics leader with a strong track record in transportation, fleet, and equipment rental operations, ideally within the Oil & Gas sector.

Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Lead logistics operations (fleet, warehouse, inventory, equipment rental)

Optimize processes, improve delivery KPIs, reduce operational costs

Manage fleet maintenance, rental equipment availability, and software systems

Supervise teams: drivers, dispatchers, warehouse, and workshop staff

Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and client delivery timelines

Ensure full regulatory compliance and implement safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business

✔️ 5+ years in operations management (transport/logistics)

✔️ Strong background in equipment rental, fleet, or Oil & Gas industries

✔️ Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets, data reporting, and optimization tools

✔️ Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, and client management skills

✔️ Available in UAE with cancelled or visit visa
