Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement and maintain high hygiene standards

✅ Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance

✅ Monitor and enforce HACCP principles and food safety regulations

✅ Train staff on hygiene best practices and protocols

✅ Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Highfield Level 4 Award in Food Safety

✔ Highfield Level 4 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing/Catering

✔ NEBOSH Certification

✔ Strong background in food safety & hygiene management within catering

✔ Thorough knowledge of sanitation procedures & regulatory compliance

✔ Availability in UAE and Oman
