Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated iOS Developer with hands-on experience in Swift and Objective-C. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mobile development within an Agile/Scrum environment, preferably with experience on platforms like Backbase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers in Agile Scrum teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage user stories, tasks, and bugs using JIRA.
- Document technical specifications and implementation details in Confluence.
- Integrate and customize mobile features using the Backbase platform.
- Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure application quality and performance.
- Work with RESTful APIs for smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS tools, trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional iOS development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and iOS SDKs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project and documentation management.
- Exposure to or experience working on the Backbase platform.
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns like MVC or MVVM.
- Experience with the App Store deployment process and provisioning profiles.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SwiftUI, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous work on financial or enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Apps published on the Apple App Store.
