We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, office-based position in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have UAE recruitment experience and be fluent in Hindi, as the role focuses on hiring Hindi-speaking candidates.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for call center roles

Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers

Prepare and manage candidate documentation

Support bulk recruitment drives

Assist in onboarding and training coordination

✔️ Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Experience in high-volume hiring is preferred

Strong coordination and communication skills

Able to work from our Karama, Dubai office full-time

✔️ Salary & Employment Details:

Salary: AED 4,000 + 4,500 per month + incentives
