We're Hiring: BNG Engineer – Juniper Expert

📍 Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

🔍 About the Role

Join our expert team at Estarta Solutions supporting one of the region’s largest broadband networks. We’re looking for a BNG Engineer with hands-on Juniper MX-series experience to ensure smooth subscriber service delivery and network performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🛡️ Service Assurance

Monitor platform health, subscriber stability, and AAA integration

Troubleshoot authentication/session issues and lead RCA

Develop SOPs and preventive measures

🔄 Change Management

Execute profile/policy updates, software upgrades, and hardware additions

Follow ITIL change procedures

📊 Performance Management

Analyze KPIs (CPU, memory, sessions, latency)

Optimize QoS policies and forecast capacity needs

🚨 Problem Management

Coordinate with AAA, Core, and Access teams

⚙️ Configuration & Policy Management

Improve BNG configurations for efficiency and load balancing

👨‍🏫 Technical Leadership

Act as BNG SME

Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders

🤖 Automation

Contribute to automation using basic Python scripts

📚 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s in Telecom, Computer Science, or IT

💼 Experience:

5+ years with Juniper MX-series BNG in SP environments

🧠 Knowledge in:

BNG/BRAS, PPP, DHCP, RADIUS/Diameter, QoS

Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS

Basic Python scripting

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

⭐ Preferred Skills :

✅ Juniper Certifications (JNCIP-SP, JNCIE-SP)

✅ AAA platform experience

✅ Familiarity with monitoring tools

✅ Background in large ISP or managed services

✅ Analytical mindset & troubleshooting strength

✅ Proactive and customer-focused attitude
