Overview: Flybiz is hiring Business Setup Advisors to join our growing team. The role involves guiding clients through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, ensuring compliance with all legal and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with business setup procedures and documentation for mainland, free zone, and offshore licenses.
• Advise on company structures, license options, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain records of client communication and applications.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and relationship management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business setup or PRO services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
