Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (SEVEN Project)

Samaya is hiring experienced professionals to join our team for the SEVEN Project in Riyadh. We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Project Engineer – Landscape

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction projects

Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems

Ability to interpret landscape drawings and manage site works

Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

2. Project Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience managing major construction projects

Proven leadership in project planning, execution, and team coordination

Strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

PMP certification is a plus

3. Procurement Engineer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of local and international vendors

Skilled in negotiation, cost control, and procurement documentation

Experience with ERP/procurement systems is preferred
