Role: Cloud DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

Marc Ellis is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer for a top-tier client in Dubai. You’ll build and manage CI/CD pipelines, onboard applications, and deliver infrastructure solutions via automation and self-service. Ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in Agile + DevOps settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, or OCI.

Automate deployments and infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, etc.

Collaborate with product/platform teams to onboard apps to the platform.

Implement DevOps and SecOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Sysdig).

Manage monitoring/logging via ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

Support OAuth2.0, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrate APIs into pipelines.

Troubleshoot infra/app issues and drive DevOps best practices.

Must-Have:

7+ years in engineering/ops (5+ in DevOps).

Strong with Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD (Jenkins, Groovy, Python).

Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI) and GitOps (ArgoCD).

Proficient in IaC (Terraform/Bicep) and security best practices.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
