We are looking for an MS Core and Cloud Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PS Core nodes, automation, troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of both legacy and cloud-based telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Operate and maintain PS Core nodes (SGSN/MME, SAPC, EPG, SMF/AMF, IPWorks DNS, routers)

✔️ Perform complex tracing and logs analysis

✔️ Lead troubleshooting and resolve customer issues

✔️ Collaborate on automation use cases and develop recovery processes

✔️ Support 24x7 on-call rotation

✔️ Conduct trend analysis and identify early risks

✔️ Assist in KPI analysis, reporting, and optimization

✔️ Support cloud systems (NFVI & CNIS) and performance tuning

Must-Have Skills:

✔️ Deep experience with Packet Core platforms (Ericsson & Cisco)

✔️ Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architecture

✔️ Hands-on with SAPC/vSAPC, SGSN-MME, EPG/vEPG, PCC/AMF/SMF

✔️ Proficient in trace analysis and tools like Wireshark

✔️ Familiar with CEM tools (e.g., Anritsu MasterClaw)

✔️ Strong scripting and automation mindset

✔️ Familiar with cloud systems and AI/ML concepts

✔️ Excellent troubleshooting and RCA capabilities

General Competence:

✔️ Degree in Telecom, Electronics, or Computer Engineering

✔️ Strong analytical and customer-centric mindset

✔️ Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-driven

✔️ Fluent in English
