Job Description

• Mix and match paints or coatings to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Ensure accurate colour reproduction according to customer specifications.
• Maintain laboratory records and shade cards for reference.
• Work closely with the QC and R&D teams to meet quality standards.
• Perform test applications and report results on material consistency and shade accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Paint or Coating company.
• Hands-on experience in colour matching and tinting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Female candidates only.
