• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, point-of-sale systems, gaming machines, kiosks, printers, and other technology equipment.
• Deploy, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and critical software applications.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and preventive care for IT and entertainment equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth user experience.
• Provide responsive technical support for staff and guests on-site, or remotely if required.
• Maintain comprehensive records of repairs, maintenance schedules, inventory, and support requests.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical diploma or certification in IT/Computer Hardware.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting diverse IT environments.
