Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to support ongoing KOC projects. The role requires strong cost control, estimation and project-control capabilities across onshore oil & gas and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project cost control systems, cost reports and forecasts.
• Support budget control, progress cost reporting, and monthly earned value analysis.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and contracts teams to validate estimates and change orders.
• Perform cost-to-complete and variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate cost records and timely delivery of management reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost control, estimation or project control (oil & gas / infrastructure preferred).
• Experience with cost control tools and ERP/PMIS systems; strong Excel skills.
• Transferable Article 18 visa preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: KD 1,000 – KD 1,500
