• Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales and commissions.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely client order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/ERP systems as required.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality (candidates from meal plan companies only).
• Proven customer service and sales experience within meal plan / food service companies.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and good record-keeping habits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and collaborate with operations teams.
