We’re Hiring: Design Project Manager 📍 Abu Dhabi

Are you a seasoned Design Project Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding creative work on time and on budget? We're looking for someone exceptional to join our client’s dynamic team and lead design-led, client-facing projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
• Facilitate design reviews and approvals, ensuring that all deliverables align with the project’s scope and vision.
• Identify and mitigate project risks or issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain organized documentation of project files, meeting notes, and communications.
• Provide regular progress reports to internal leadership and clients.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of [5+] years of experience in managing design and construction-related projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and project coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
