We are looking for a Duty Manager (Front Office RAN) to lead and manage a team of FO Engineers in a 24/7 operational environment. The role requires strong experience in mobile network monitoring, incident handling, and customer interfacing across 2G/3G/4G/5G/TX technologies.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

👨‍💼 Team Leadership

• Guide, train, and motivate FO Engineers

• Foster effective internal communication and performance

📡 NOC Management

• Oversee real-time monitoring of 2G/3G/4G/5G/TX networks

• Manage incidents and problem resolution

• Ensure SLAs and WLAs are met

🤝 Customer Interface

• Act as primary contact for customer RAN-related concerns

• Provide clear updates on network incidents and resolutions

• Manage expectations and escalate when necessary

🚨 Incident & Problem Management

• Handle escalations, outages, and disruptions

• Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective actions

• Maintain known issues documentation

📊 SLA/WLA Compliance & Reporting

• Monitor and enforce SLA/WLA adherence

• Handle calls, emails, SMS, and internal comms

• Deliver detailed reporting on performance, incidents, and KPIs

🎓 Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or similar

✔️ Strong RAN knowledge (2G/3G/4G/5G/TX)

✔️ Experience in incident management and service desk operations

✔️ Familiarity with ticketing systems and SMS platforms

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

✔️ Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational environment
