Job Title: FIRCO Techno Functional Consultant - Design Architect
Duration: 12 months
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Purpose & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with Payment and Name Screening implementations.
Strong knowledge of compliance systems, especially screening tools.
Design, develop, and implement Firco screening solutions in complex banking environments.
Integrate screening solutions with core banking systems and complex data structures.
Ensure compliance and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
Define and enforce Firco architecture across assigned clients.
Understand solution components and their interaction with business processes and reporting needs.
Responsible for interface and integration with external systems.
Proven experience integrating Firco with various banking applications.
Prepare design and architecture documentation.
Experience with Firco solutions integrated with Oracle and cloud-based setups is a plus.
10–15 years in Banking IT, with 10+ years in the screening domain.
Experience working with diverse, global teams and vendors.
Banking domain knowledge is a strong asset.
Knowledge & Experience:
10–15 years in Banking IT with expertise in compliance and screening using Firco Continuity, Trust, and FSK.
Skilled in documenting architecture and integration with Firco.
Experience integrating Firco with multiple payment gateways across regions.
Familiar with formats such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, and various regional gateways.
Able to lead design walkthroughs and gain stakeholder approval.
Proficient with MS Visio and related documentation tools.
Aligns solutions with Enterprise Architecture standards.
Adheres to SDLC practices for design and requirement management.
Prior compliance domain experience is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skills:
In-depth compliance and project management knowledge.
Expertise in risk mitigation, change, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with change approval processes and go-live procedures.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud environments is advantageous.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Ability to manage internal/external stakeholders.
Comfortable with both waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
