HR Director — Real Estate Development Management (Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Overview
Senior HR leader responsible for end-to-end HR delivery across a real estate development and management business. This role partners with the CEO and senior leadership to drive people strategy, operational HR excellence and high-impact employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full 360° HR function: recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, HR policies, performance management, incentives and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR tools, workflows and policies to improve efficiency with minimal disruption.
- Produce fast, accurate, data-backed HR reports and analytics for the CEO and senior leadership.
- Plan and host company-wide events, town halls and engagement initiatives to build culture and morale.
- Coach and develop HR team and business leaders to embed best-practice people processes across the organisation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior operational HR leadership role.
- Proven capability across full HR lifecycle including payroll, C&B, policies, and talent management.
- Experience in the property/real estate sector is preferred, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn industry specifics.
- Strong public speaking, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have UAE experience (required).
