Aramed is hiring HR Executive-Arabic Speaker
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic-speaking HR Executive to support our human resources function across the UAE and wider GCC region. This role focuses on performance management, KPI tracking, and employee engagement initiatives to drive a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management & KPI Tracking
Implement and manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
Collaborate with line managers to ensure alignment between individual goals and business objectives.
Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Employee Engagement
Design and deliver employee engagement strategies, programs, and surveys across the UAE and GCC region.
Monitor employee morale and develop initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and workplace culture.
Organize events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns that promote a positive working environment.
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement engagement action plans based on feedback.
3. HR Operations & Regional Support
Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices across the UAE and GCC.
Act as a liaison between local teams and head office HR functions.
Assist in developing regional HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and tools.
Experience with KPI dashboards and performance analytics.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse teams in the GCC.
