HR Manager — FMCG (Jordan)
Overview: Senior HR leadership role responsible for managing large-scale workforce operations within an FMCG environment. The role focuses on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations for bulk employee populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations for a large employee base including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations.
- Drive workforce planning, performance management and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
- Manage labour accommodation, shift operations and large-scale HR logistics where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector (India or overseas) with proven experience handling bulk employees.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and operational HR skills.
