Role Summary: Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, HRIS/ERP processes and compliance for the Khobar office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR processes through ERP systems efficiently.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition (job posting to onboarding).
• Maintain compliance with government HR platforms and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
• Provide HR guidance, support, and operational HR solutions.
• Track and report HR metrics and KPIs.
• Support employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR strategy to align with organisational goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP HR systems and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of government HR platforms and Saudi HR regulations.
• Hands-on recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to work independently and in a team.
