Role Summary: Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, HRIS/ERP processes and compliance for the Khobar office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR processes through ERP systems efficiently.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition (job posting to onboarding).
- Maintain compliance with government HR platforms and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
- Provide HR guidance, support, and operational HR solutions.
- Track and report HR metrics and KPIs.
- Support employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to HR strategy to align with organisational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience with ERP HR systems and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of government HR platforms and Saudi HR regulations.
- Hands-on recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to work independently and in a team.
