Coordinate benefits, payroll support, and performance management initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
