• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s in training & development, HR, Marketing, Hospitality,

Psychology, or related field.

• Experience: 2 - 4 years in training and development, preferably within a multinational retail, guest

services, or hospitality environment.

Skills:

• Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.

• Proficiency in designing classroom and e-learning programs.

• Knowledge of photography, tourism, or the imaging industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel, Office suite, PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Forms, Google Forms

Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within UAE
