ProVise Integrated Solutions is looking for a Level 1 IT & Network Support Engineer to join our team onsite in ABU DHABI , UAE on a yearly renewable

🔧 Role Overview:

The selected candidate will: L1 onsite engineer based at Abu Dhabi , UAE

• Work alongside L2/L3 support engineers

• Provide L1-level support for IT systems, network, and cybersecurity

• Assist in troubleshooting, basic configuration, and end-user support

• Offer hands-on helpdesk and technical support in a professional business environment

• Support overall IT infrastructure and architecture under supervision

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Work Visa in ABU DHABI , UAE

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Sound knowledge of the IT industry, cybersecurity, networking, and IT solutions

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support role
