🔬 We're Hiring: Laboratory Division Manager

📍 Location: Riyadh - KSA

🏢 Industry: Healthcare / Laboratory Equipment Distribution

One of the leading healthcare distribution companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Laboratory Division Manager to lead its laboratory business, manage key supplier relationships, and drive commercial success across the region.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop and execute the division’s strategic sales and business plan.

·Manage and lead a team of sales and technical professionals.

·Build strong relationships with global suppliers and key clients.

·Oversee tender processes, pricing, and commercial negotiations.

·Track market developments and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

·Minimum of 10 years of experience in the laboratory equipment distribution industry.

·Previous experience in the GCC and specifically in KSA is highly preferred.

·Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

·Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

·Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
