Key Responsibilities:

🌟 First point of contact for IT support (phone/email/tickets)

🌟Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, email, AD, network)

🌟Monitoring tools: N-able, SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine

🌟Escalate to L2 as needed, ensure timely updates

Requirements:

🌟2–5 years (UAE) experience in IT support/monitoring

🌟Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, remote tools, ITSM (ServiceNow/Symphony)

🌟Strong communication & customer service skills

🌟MOFA-attested degree (for Sudanese/Pakistani/Palestinian nationals)

🌟Preferred Certs: ITIL / CompTIA A+ / Network+ (optional)
