🚨 We’re Hiring: Level 2 Network Engineer – Dubai, UAE 🚨

Are you a network professional with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer to join our growing IT team in Dubai!

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Firewalls, VPN, etc.)

Monitor performance and proactively address issues

Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points

Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams for smooth incident resolution

Perform upgrades, health checks, patch management, and documentation

Work with ISPs and vendors on escalated issues

Contribute to rollout projects and infrastructure upgrades

🧠 What You Bring:

Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, PF Sense, and VPN/Wi-Fi technologies

Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or LibreNMS

CCNA certification (CCNP is a plus)

2–4 years of enterprise network support experience

💡 Bonus Points For:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Exposure to ITIL-based environments

Excellent communication and documentation skills

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
