Flint International is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level networks across data centers, branches, and cloud environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design secure LAN/WAN/data center networks (Cisco, firewalls, load balancers, structured cabling)

• Monitor and manage network performance, documentation, and uptime

• Implement and maintain MPLS, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity

• Enforce security compliance and respond to threats/incidents

• Plan capacity and adopt scalable data center solutions

• Oversee data center health, structured cabling, and upgrades

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (or related field)

• 4+ years of enterprise network experience

• Strong command of BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP

• Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, and SD-WAN solutions

• Skilled in troubleshooting and network documentation

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
