Oversee import logistics & customs clearance from global suppliers

Manage inventory, warehouse operations, barcoding & QC processes

Lead a fulfilment team and ensure timely, accurate deliveries

Handle customer service operations & complaint resolution

Ensure product safety and compliance in line with category standards

Skills:

Proven experience in operations within baby care or personal care sectors

Deep knowledge of import regulations and warehouse management

A customer-first mindset and leadership experience
