About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search engines.
Monitor and analyze website performance, rankings, and traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend technical improvements for site performance.
Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.
Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO practices.
Basic understanding of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup).
