Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Technology, or any related field with a strong IT focus.

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Qatar.

· Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, data management and relevant regulations.

· Experience with Laboratory software solutions, Laboratory Information systems.

· Knowledge of data integration methods, APIs, and network infrastructure.

· Specific experiences, certifications in relevant IT areas experience working with Laboratory equipment distributors.

· Excellent technical presentation and demonstration skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken

· With Qatar Driving License

· A high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

·Identify and target potential customers of the company’s IT solutions relevant to Laboratory operations.

·Generate leads through various methods, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging market knowledge.

·Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Technical Sales Expertise:

·Serves as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team and potential customers regarding the IT aspects of our distributed laboratory product portfolio.

·Understand customer IT Infrastructure, workflows, and specific laboratory needs to propose tailored IT solutions that align with the offerings of our represented manufacturers.

·Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts of the IT components of our laboratory solutions.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

·Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s laboratory product portfolio, including instrumentation, software, and reagents.

·Stay current with relevant clinically relevant practices, industry trends, and competitor products.

·Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and potential product enhancements.

Participate in product launches and provide technical support for marketing activities.
