About the Role
Openminds Center, a leading mental health and neuroscience institution, is actively seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Accounts Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role supports our mission by driving financial growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of a multidisciplinary mental health center.
*Handle corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and international standards.
*Manage VAT filing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions in accordance with UAE tax laws.
*Lead insurance reconciliation and integrate results into clinician payroll structures.
