Designs Recruit Group is partnering with a leading international practice to identify experienced Architects who will contribute to the delivery of landmark residential and office towers in the UAE.

📍 Location: UAE

🕓 Start: Immediate

💼 Type: Long-term placement opportunity

Key Requirements:

✔️ Qualified Architect with 8–10 years’ post-graduate experience

✔️ Minimum 6 years’ UAE experience (international firm or MENA project background preferred)

✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE planning, codes & regulations

✔️ Proven background in high-rise projects

✔️ Expertise in spatial planning, parking layouts, GFA calculations & coordination with sub-consultants

✔️ Highly proficient in Revit (clash detection via Navisworks or similar preferred)

Role Focus:

🔹 Design contribution & problem-solving

🔹 QA/QC and coordination responsibilities

🔹 Supporting project teams from Schematic Design onwards
