We're looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strong techno-functional background and extensive hands-on experience in Saudi payroll localization and full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations for Oracle Fusion HCM modules

• Modules covered: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Learning

• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, REST APIs, Fast Formulas & OTBI reports

• Validate business processes before go-live to ensure accuracy & compliance

• Act as a single point of contact between client and vendor teams

• Align HR with finance processes and manage seamless integration

🧠 Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (techno-functional)

• Minimum 5 full implementations

• Strong knowledge of Saudi payroll & compliance

• Proven ability to convert business needs into technical specifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus

• Must have a transferrable iqama
