We're looking for an experienced MNS Core Senior Services Engineer to support Ericsson Core & IMS network operations, performance optimization, and automation initiatives in a high-demand telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Core and IMS Nodes (CSCF, MTAS, SBC, MSS/MSC, MGW, IP-STP, Nels, IP Works)
✔️ Operate and maintain Ericsson platforms (BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212, APG43L, CPP)
✔️ Resolve international roaming issues and interface with partners
✔️ Drive automation using Shell, VB, SQL, Python, MongoDB, ELK, Angular, and RestAPI
✔️ Manage KPIs using SAP BI and performance analysis tools
✔️ Resolve system issues per SLA and proactively identify degradations
✔️ Work with cloud-based application nodes: SBC, BGF, CTC, IPWorks
✔️ Contribute to process and technical improvements within the team
Technical Expertise:
✔️ Deep O&M experience on Ericsson IMS/GSM/WCDMA platforms
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills for traffic issues using tools like K15, Masterclaw, Wireshark
✔️ Advanced understanding of SS7/IP, SIP, Diameter, ISUP, MAP, CAP, BICC, and signaling flows
✔️ Skilled in interpreting network designs and implementing change requests
✔️ Experience in node integrations (RNC, BSC, SMSc, ICS) and HLR data handling
✔️ Knowledge of Ericsson tools (Primus, MHWeb, ERICOLL, KCS) and emergency handling
✔️ Familiar with STS reports, KPI tuning (LU, ASR, HO, Paging), and AXE upgrades
✔️ Experience with MO-Shell, Telnet, CELLO, FTP, and tracing software
General Competence:
✔️ Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Able to work independently and under pressure in dynamic environments
✔️ Positive, proactive mindset with coaching capability
✔️ Flexible with working hours, including nights/weekends
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
