Key Responsibilities:

Coach tribes, squads, and leadership on Agile practices and mindsets

Drive excellence in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Support teams through change (e.g. Waterfall to Agile transitions)

Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and value-based delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals

Facilitate Agile maturity planning and quarterly roadmap execution

Lead Agile communities of practice and hands-on workshops

What You Bring:

8+ years of experience in Agile coaching or delivery roles

Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and enterprise Agile models

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other ALM tools

A servant-leader mindset and a passion for coaching teams

Background in the banking or financial sector is a plus
