Role Overview:

A forward-thinking architectural studio is seeking a Design Architect with strong conceptual

skills and advanced software capabilities. This position is ideal for a candidate with a deep

design sensibility, previous experience in Dubai or the UAE, and expert-level Rhino modeling

skills. The role focuses on conceptual development, 3D design, and collaboration within a

multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to architectural concept design for diverse and innovative projects.
• Develop and present ideas through high-quality 3D modeling using Rhino.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members and external consultants.
• Produce drawings, diagrams, and visual material for presentations and design reviews.
• Ensure designs respond to site context, cultural relevance, and local regulatory
• frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Advanced Rhino proficiency is essential.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing both conceptual and technical skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and building codes is a plus.
