Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales and customer inquiries
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner
• Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and booking processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on offers and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in bank sales)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
Has some contacts regarding bank
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
